Shopping Adams and listening to calls from other teams is two completely different things. Frankly if Douglas did not listen he would not be doing his job. No one is untouchable for the right price.

Agree, it was mentioned earlier on ESPN that Douglas fielded calls coming in about Adams. Not much he can do about that.
So Glad Adams is still here. Always nice to have at least 1 Pro Bowl caliber player who is active.

Larry Wilson had more INT's with two broken hands & two casts then Adams had with two good hands....I almost forgot he had more sacks, forced fumbles & he played in the box at times. How about Jim Hudson he could do it all. less flags too...….we make these guys all-pro when they do a few things right
Adams needs to grow up and start acting like a captain - nobody needs his emotional whining when things aren't perfect. I like the player, but dammit, grow up young man. The GM did his job and quite frankly I applaud him for his approach that no one is untouchable for the right price.
Its amazing Adams can say he is interested in the Cowboys, but the Jets can't listen to offers. Adams is a douche. I hope he can stay healthy enough until we trade him and then I hope he becomes real unhealthy.
HAHAHA!!! This entire nonsense of Trading Adams was a JOKE! Unless Cowgirls thought they could get him for FREE like they tried with our DE Richardson. Does Adams and Richardson have the same manager? So either Adams asked Agent to get him off team, or Cowgirls with little money thought they could try the same attempt as Richardson fooling Jets to take some silly trade because Jets having a first year GM. Either way Adams wasnt for Trade by Jets and was clear. We will know in a couple days who idea it was. If it was Adams wanting out through his Agent, he will try and swing it as Jets GM tried to trade him and he is so angry and demands trade from Jets. Even though Jets never tried to trade him. Other is Cowgirls knowing from Adams comments EVERY DAY HE IS TIRED OF LOSING, giving Cowgirls an idea to seek Adams Agent and scheme a way to pressure Jets to trade and get him on the cheap for Cowgirls. This plan is similar to Richardson and his Agent with the Cowboys trying to screw Jets to team he wanted to go to. I like to think Adams IS NOT that type of Player but hard to tell with every time he is dwelling on Jets losing a thing he cant control. Instead Adams needs to FOCUS on things he can control like his PLAY ON FIELD! Like playing hard all out for 30 min. a week in games! Jets Offense plays 30 min and Jets Defense plays 30 mins a week on average in a game. NO EXCUSE that Entire Jets Team cant play hard the entire game for 3o mins. in 3 hours of rests and breaks! You kidding me Jets? Defense and Offense players split the 1 hour of Playing time of 30 min. in 1 hour game that has 2 hours of resting and cant give me a fan a 100 % in 30 min of Play? ZIP it Adams! Go out and play your best and stop with Trade talk and crying over other Players DOGGING it, nothing playing hard for 30 min. If Adams does get mad, its because he asked Agent to seek trade with Home teram.
All I saw while scanning this post was "get him off" & "cowgirl" - WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED!
I already didn't think Adams was worth the hype. Now I don't like the player. I hope they trade him next year and I hope its to the Bengals.
Yeah, I am starting to tire of him. I've seen this act before, and I am not a fan.
