hmmm ..... loss to winless Browns 18'
hmmm .... loss to winless Saints? (back in the 90's, the memory escapes me)
hmmm .... loss to winless Fins 19' -> you know it's going to happen.
At 4 pm Sunday, as you climb up on your roof in preparation to jump -
remember: "The fault lies not in our stars but in ourselves"

I hope it doesn't happen. I never want to see the Jets lose. But this is definitely a trap game, where I can see the Jets being so concerned not to be embarrassed by the hapless fins, that the fins kick our a__.

I actually think the Jets are the much better team. Thinking of the game against the Cowboys here. I think Sam will have a good game again.

Fitzpatrick scares me. He always has a great game here and there.

Just want to see Darnold play better. Dc if it’s against the Fins. He needs his confidence back.

In a perfect world...
1) Our OL blocks for Bell, he has his first 100-yard game.
2) Our OL blocks so Sam can actually have at least 2 seconds to pick out receivers.
3) Phillips our DE has a monster game 2 sacks
4) TJ sits on the bench the entire game. I would rather see a hard-working undrafted free agent play CB
5) Knowing that Flores comes from the Pats, and the Pats unleashed zero-coverage blitzes all night long.
Hopefully, our head coach is awake and helps Sam with quick slants leading to large gains. That is the only way to get the DL to stop all-out blitzes every play.
6) If we don't put pressure on Fitz, he'll pick us apart.

I'll clear your memory
Dec. 14, 1980, the winless New Orleans Saints traveled to Shea Stadium to take on the New York Jets. You know how this story ends, right?
Then
In 1991, the Jets also saved the Indianapolis Colts from being the first winless team in a 16-game season when they lost to Jeff George and company 28-27 at the Meadowlands on a rain-soaked field.

I was at both

I truly think after 48 years and being at that Monday NE game has finished it for me
10K in PSL
And the rest of this season games
Maybe I can recoup $35
I'm cooked

just watched the 1981 playoff game at shea I was there,,,,,,what a sad loss. that team could have won the SB that year. Two TD,s dropped by walker & harper fumbled the opening KO for a TD

Yea me too , where did you sit ? I was down in the closed endzone ,metal bleachers for 10 years !
The fans were great that game
Even when we got down early they just kept cheering
One of extremely few good times at a game
And we lost !!!!!!!!

Sad part about it we all know they are going to lose this Sunday. I mean does anyone have faith that the Jets can win this Sunday? NOPE!
