love the fact is Paul Worrilow signed with the Ravens then the next day informed them he was retiring...

Almost 2 years out of football. Remember he missed all of 2018 with a torn ACL.

Gregg Williams was brought in to bring his ferocious defense to give Gase more opportunities on offense... Unfortunately that hasn't worked and Gase has laid an egg on the field with this offense...
Gase may of gotten Douglas this job but something has to give, Chris Johnson has to give power to the GM, allowing him to control the team's roster moves otherwise Gase will never leave and as the Patriots keep winning we will forever be the opposite of them...
We heard CJ today. Gase is not going anywhere for the next 2 years minimum.
Unfortunately I don't believe he will be successful and I fear Douglas will draft players Gase wants/needs for his system and we will be right back where we were last year.
I'm far from sold on Douglas and I think we're in for some more ugliness before this season is over.
Remember, Gase had that big blow up with Ross over his suggestion that they look to improve the O Line. Seems the owner didn't think having to sign QBs off the street because the O line was getting the QBs killed was acceptable. Gase, (F.U. I know more about football then you boss) felt his offense was good enough that o line was unimportant. The QB just has to get the ball out faster.........
it's a shame that CJ thinks so highly or Gase because the entire offense has regressed under him. Great players look mediocre, good players look incompetent, and OK players look like XFL rejects.
I can't understand how everyone plays worse under him, the owner confirms the team isn't even showing up, yet he still gets the vote of support??? When you're in a train wreck, walk away! Trying to salvage this is going to be an extended loss all around

Well, you're actually right we are the opposite of them and now, thanks to the Ravens , we can be the inverse of them too. 15-1 them 1-15 us. Pretty cool
I think we already have all the players to fit Gases system. To me it looks like his system is simple. Also an inverse like our record and the cheatahs. His system basically says if we are on offense and have 3rd and long, we will allow an all out blitz sack and if we are on defense and it's 3rd and long we will not defend against the pass allowing an easy first down. And we will do nothing to adjust the plan to prevent either occurrence. We will just sit back and watch it unravel.
no new players needed for this gameplan. In fact no players at all would allow for the same plan. Or we could field Butterscotch 's ghosts and have the same result for free. Then maybe they could afford to sell good hotdogs with fresh buns
