What he did to Trevor Siemen seemed excessive and boarding on dirty play - I recall saying that at the time. This is just additional evidence to that effect. It's possible that he could be charged for this - seriously. There are examples in professional hockey where that was the case.
Thought of the exact same Garrett episode earlier in the year. Recall him trying to hurt our QBs, and thought someone should take him on like Pouncey did last night. What he did to Trevor Siemen seemed excessive and boarding on dirty play - I recall saying that at the time. Acceptable, so far. Part of me wonders how civil penalty should be pursued though... Guess that's up 2 Rudolph HOWEVER, if he chooses 2 or not he should NOT b sanctioned on...
Not a bad representation of "the team", but of you. In our game, and a couple other Browns' games I saw, it was clear that Garrett wanted to hurt the QB along with the sack. Simian hit was a complete cheap shot. He also tried to hurt Falk too.He needs help, now... This had the chance 2 be permanently debilitating if not deadly...
Most of the players understand the boundaries. Every generation has had guys who went over the line and tried to hurt another player. First memory of this for me was when Juan Marichal hit Johnny Roseboro over the head with a bat. And I also remember Lyle Alzado going off on someone. Can't recall the player.I'm thinking about it now, if the other guys weren't there holding Garrett back - he could have killed him if not permanently & seriously damaged. That helmet really is a weapon... This is pissing me off as well as making me wonder what exactly we are watching... Imagine picking up a metal bucket on the side of the ring & swinging it roundhouse @ a guys face/head...
5 bucks (must send a pic after 2 prove it) 2 the guy here that goes outside right now & picks up a brick, throws it as high as possible in the air but at least 3.2 secs or whenever speed is maxed by gravity) & then completely catches that brick with their face. No wind please unless it's pushing brick harder...
Actually they both should b banned... Garrett & RudolphMost of the players understand the boundaries. Every generation has had guys who went over the line and tried to hurt another player. Yup. He's not free of guilt from that confrontation. Looked like he was the one who first grabbed Garrett's helmet. Probably because Garrett took him down hard in garbage time. Maybe he said something? And what about Pouncey? That guy has always been a nut. Just started punching and kicking Garrett when he was on the ground defenseless. The whole thing was awful to watch.Actually they both should b banned... Garrett & Rudolph
