Perhaps, but prosecutors would look at the entire event. Something you and many fans are not doing. Who instigated the event, who escalated it, who continued it. It was over, Garrett was being restrained by 2 people and Rudolph charged him again. Then you have Pouncey also involved, DeCastro had Garrett restrained and he was assaulted by Pouncey.. what would be the outcome? 3 misdemeanor assault charges. 1 for Garrett, Rudolph and Pouncey?

What civil penalty can Rudolph persue? There are no damages, and he is equally liable....

I don't like Pouncey, but I wish he would have paralyzed this piece of shit. And yes Rudolph escalated it. I just wish one of the Steeler players would have chased down Garrett and dove head first into the back of his knees completely destroying them.

Here's an idea, go to a Browns practice when Garret is reinstated and attack him yourself. Take a dive at his knees.

I will watch and hope someone finishes his career for him. The good thing is he is now hated as much as Burfict and hopefully two OL block him high and low. If that happens I will be cheering. Eye for an eye. All I noticed is Baker the pussy didn't take the knee. I hope the Steelers retaliate in two weeks.

So basically your admitting to being a lowlife, and a pussy. Wishing permanent injury on someone but to much of a coward to try to inflict that injury yourself.
Taking it further and hoping someone who wasn't involved, handled the situation with class, is injured in 2 weeks, just because you were wrong in your evaluation of him as a QB. The board and world would be better places without you.

This was not my intention when I began this thread. I sought healthy debate not 2 put people @ odds with each other. I hope u will reconsider... I don't agree with every1 either but if the argument goes nowhere but stays civil then just walk away. U may argue this, but every1 can have a valuable contribution. Ignoring robs that chance 2 c it. I'm being selfish also, I'd rather not have my thread b the cause... Please just think about it...

Lots of rough play - targeting... 2 much yapping... Lot of on field tension... U can c it when some Brown ran out of bounds & ran up on Steelers coach... Lots of this & it built & built
Rudolph was under constant pressure... Sacked a lot, knocked down even more, etc...
Brown's fans booing good calls...
Etc...
Parts of each team showed good sportsmanship...

Your talking criminal than, not civil. The local DAs office can press charges without a complaint but without injury would not likely do so.
