A win is better than a loss for sure. But please don't be fooled. He's throwing against a scrub team who gave up playing weeks ago. Reserve judgement until his performance aginst the Ravens. Just note that even against this dreck he still threw a pick and had a fumble.

As much as the announcers and the NFL sem to want to build up the Darnold myth, he sucks. Will always be a turnover machine. We're just lucky that Washington is worse than us. This level of play is clear evidence that the NFL needs to lose at least six teams.

Yes that turnover throw was a bad one, but other than that, Darnold has had a very good day today. A lot of nice throws (and throw aways). I think “sucks” is a bit of an exaggeration. I’m going to stick with young and learning with lots of potential.

I am enjoying the game, not fooled but just simply enjoying Darnold playing well and gaining confidence...
