Ultimate frustration!

I am so frustrated with this team at this point that I don't even want to respond to any threads or post anything myself on this site or any other Jets site. I'm at a point where I truly don't care what happens with this team because in the end they just seem to be a cursed franchise. Meaning, anything they do isn't going to work anyway so what difference does it make. If I had it in me I would drop the Jets period and pick another team but I just don't have it in me. I'm too old for that it this point and I've been a Jets fan since 1982, so where am I going at this point.

Besides, I'm not the quitting type and pretty loyal to the core as we all are obviously. To be a Jets fan you have to be loyal to the core and a idiot at that! I just don't know what to do but this is getting REAL OLD, REAL FAST! Why didn't I become a Giants fan, at least then I would have seen them win 4 Super bowls in my lifetime but instead I become a Jets fan where they win a Super bowl the year before I was born and haven't been back since. Adding salt to the wound, they have been a laughing stock pretty much since that SB victory. SMDH!!!

As fans there is absolutely nothing we can do about the direction of the Franchise and the decisions that they make.

I've learned to just sit back and enjoy football (My team or others), and playing fantasy opened my eyes to other teams and players and I just enjoy the season. I'm 16 years too young to have seen the Jets Superbowl so I've never seen them even make it to the big game LOL.

Long story how I ended up being a Jets fan, but I'm a diehard at this point and just support them good/bad.

As I tell my kids, nothing I can do about it, I just pour myself another Macallan and enjoy the short football season LOL

Having coached football for 11 years I can tell you 99.9% of the fans are very passionate but know almost nothing about the actual sport

I can also tell you that the majority of coaches are not very adaptive/creative and only know how to run their systems (for better or worse). Very few people I've met in the sport are innovators and know how to evaluate talent (it is an extremely rare talent).

I've always been a big proponent of building my system based on the talent of my team (I would change systems year to year depending on the players I had to coach that year). I believe in designing systems to play to my players strengths and hide their deficiencies as best I can.

If you know the game, you will see time and time again how coaches have players out of position and playing to their weaknesses. This is not the players fault, it's the damn coaches fault.

So all that being said, asking owners to listen to fans is insanity LOL, most of the professionals they hire are one trick pony's who don't know WTF they are doing

Look i could have said the same thing about the Saint Louis Blues Last year.......
But we won the F_____ cup baby......when it happens it makes it worth more......
