What happens if our DC decides to leave for the HC job in DC

To me the best thing about this team was Williams over any player we have by a country mile.....He looks to be the type of coach that gets the most out of his players just like the OLC in NE. If we get stuck with Gase & Williams leaves we are in deep, deep, deep, trouble. The one thing we had was a good d with not the best players in the league...…...He will not be easy to replace...….thoughts?

Now that's not nice CH. You may have ruined Gase's I fooled them again party that he is throwing for himself today. "I got their money who needs wins when I got their money"......... Unlike Gase, Williams has shown he has a very innovative mind and can/will adjust. I'd hate to see him leave, he is truly an asset to the team.

I think that Williams best shot at HC was with the Redskins, and that went to RR. So I'm hoping that he stays.
