So Minnesota figured out how to stop Brees and the Saints? Sometimes great teams and players get beat. Last night's perfprmance does not change my mind about Jackson's talent/potential. I just think the Titans are the hot team right now and are playing out of their minds on both sides of the ball. It happens. If they stay hot, don't be surprised if the Titans go all the way, especially with that human sledge hammer at RB.

Yeah last night doesn't change my opinion of Lamar either. I still think the league will catch up to him. Sometimes players are one hit wonders.

You're right. The DC's figure everyone out. Plus, running as he does, Jackson will eventually get hurt. Happens to all running QBs.

He did have a good rushing game, but a completion percentage of 52 ain’t gonna cut it . Sure there were some drops, but in the 4th I thought his accuracy was a bit suspect in my opinion
8 drops, 2 in the end zone, one that became a pick and lead to 7 points, 2 by the TE that would have set up 1st and goal. The first hit him in the hands at chest level, the second one hit him in the chest. Thats not counting balls recievers has to adjust for, jump for, those were strictly in the hand uncontested drops. His 52% would have been over 66% and his 365 yards pàssing would have been well over 400 yards.
Tannehill finished the game at 50% (7 of 14) for 88 yards.....
So with the D and run game clicking, I guess 52 would have cut it....

I don't know if anyone else thought this, but I sure thought the Ravens were pretty full of themselves. They looked overconfident. Not sure how you can do that when you have a 2nd year QB with one disastrous playoff loss under his belt.

Their decisions showed arrogance. Going for it in the spots they did showed it.

To go along with it, when they actually did take the Titans threat seriously, they had dug themselves a big hole. They're a team that can thrive when they jump out to a big lead. They're not built as a big comeback team the way the Chiefs or some others are.

I also think his stats in the Titan game were inflated due to how Vrabel was allowing all of the underneath stuff by design. At some point the athleticism will diminish or be cut short due to injury, and then what do you have? It will be very interesting to see how teams adjust in the offseason to Ravens and Jackson's game.
