no player(s) that were on IR can be released until they have end of the year physicals...

they can waive a player with a failed physical designation as we seen around the league some players have been released this way but with all the drama with Kelechi Osmele and Luke Falk doubt we need any more negative publicity by doing this unless the player asks for it...
