I think they wanted the OL from Connecticut. When he was gone (to the MFGs) they decided anyone else on their board would be available in the next round.

• Denzel Mims
• 125th overall pick
• 129th overall pick
• A future 6th-round pick

sure did - this is the first draft in years - since Mr T, where I am not left shaking my head trying to figure out what the hell we are doing. No idea how these guys will turn out, but as it stands we got 3 potential starters who are very fast and have lots of upside as well as plenty of additional picks - Joe has done a great job so far.

Just read that the pats got the jets 2021 6th pick for D Thomas last year. So next year they will essentially be swapping 6th round picks. Smooth Joe, smooth.

I feel the same but who do you see as the starters? I’m guessing the OT (obviously), WR and Edge rusher?

I see one starter and three developmental guys with very high ceilings. Thats a good thing IMHO. JD looks to be very comfortable and competent in his new role. Thank God! Hope we see the same from today's picks.

I’ve heard the Jets are high on Amik Robertson cb LA Tech....if they choose to go corner. He’s a bit on the small side, but he doesn’t back down from anyone, and is good in coverage.
