another tackle, who could likely kick inside to guard with his athleticism and length good pick..

I'm pretty sure that even though he played LT he will be moved to guard. He has potential. I doubt he will be a starter any time soon. My concern with him is that he is very penalty prone.

Hopefully a move to the inside will give him less reasons to reach (hold) a guy trying to get around him.

That's a possibility and the fact that Williams won't put up with that many penalties is what gives him the potential I mentioned. I would rather that they had picked a CB instead or another edge guy instead.

Some Jets fans are undoubtedly bashing the Jets. I like all three picks. Perine is a very good complement to Bell. He's a more powerful runner, likely a better short yardage back who can catch out of the backfield and might develop into even more.

Morgan solidifies the backup QB spot. Some people in the know had him much higher. He seems like exactly the kind of QB the Patriots would draft and be called a genius for doing it. In fact, there's talk the Pats were eyeing him.

As for Clark, he's been mentioned on this board a few times as a solid OL prospect, either as a tackle or shifting inside.

I don't know what to say about this draft. I am not used to this.

Clark's highlights on ESPN were not really impressive - didnt see him move guys, more pushing - not bad but for a highlight video it didnt make my day

The Jets just drafted a CB with legit starter potential. Fifth round for a guy who probably was a third round talent.

I had him rated as a C+ pick that could be coached and maybe become a B+ in the guard position. Not a bad pick.

Finally a CB, and one with potential if his ankle has healed completely. He struggles a little against speedsters but that's because he's a little slow on his start move on press coverage. That should be able to be corrected by coaching.

Angular outside corner who uses instinctive footwork and long arms to close out and challenge a healthy percentage of throws. His backpedal and transitions are more functional than fluid and could be exploited by NFL route-runners and speedsters. His reactive quickness and ball skills fit nicely into zone-based coverages, allowing greater freedom to spy quarterbacks and squeeze short and intermediate throws. He can handle man coverage, but he needs protection over the top. Hall is a future starting cornerback but might garner attention at free safety at some point in his career.
