Jets get a haul, Adam's gets to play for one of his chosen teams.

The newly approved Covid CBA forced the deal. Adam's could have held out, no fines no penalties and the season would still toll and his option year was still guaranteed for next year.

I think that there is almost zero chance that Maye gets dealt now. That is a good thing to me. Maye when healthy is a very good safety.
New Jets safety Bradley McDougald has five interceptions the last two seasons. That’s three more than Jamal Adams.
And with Mosely and Williamson (maybe) back our LB group should be better lessening the need for a box safety. Let the LB’s take care of the short stuff and leave the safety’s for the Deep field.
Well there was speculation that Maye would move over to Strong Safety and either they would acquire a new free safety or draft one well they did both...

Great deal.......mark my words if the D man & the man with the X ray eyes don't f--k up the team this is a SB move. This was one great Deal for both the Cardinals & the Jets. Both my teams will make out on this one. IMO Great Deal.............One question did the door hit Adams in the A__ when he left.

The Diva is gone. That means we don't have to listen to him wine and cry for an extension that he was insisting on, prematurely I should add. His replacement is no slouch who will probably be a team player instead of a me, me, me guy. That can't hurt in my opinion. We got some great picks for him that JD can use to make the team better. More picks than I personally think he was worth so it was I'd say quite a haul for a player that would have hit the field this season with his heart not really in the game. How can I possibly not love this trade ? ? I can't. I can't not love it. The smile you see on this old face is real my friends and it's more like a big shit eating grin. I just wonder how long it will take for the Hawks to realize they made a mistake taking on his personality.
