Jets have acquired RB Kalen Ballage

This move really puzzles me. Another RB ? Why ? What's going on here ? Is JD on vacation and letting Gase run the show ? This makes no sense to me. The Jets have traded a conditional late round pick to the Dolphins for RB Kalen Ballage who is, as far as I can see, anything but impressive. He had a good 2018 but last season averaged 1.8 yds per carry. ? ? ?

I don't understand this move either. We have a surplus of RBs, all of whom can play. Not that Ballage isn't a good player, but it's an odd addition. We need WRs, not RBs. It's a 7th Rounder, so not a big deal, but strange add.

Mt sentiment exactly. Unless Ballage becomes the player he was in 2018 he's not much of an addition. We could possibly have picked up a wide receiver with that 7th rounder.
