NFL Trade Rumor site, for whatever that's worth, has David Fales and Lamar Jackson listed already on the practice squad today.

NFL Trade Rumor site, for whatever that's worth, has David Fales and Lamar Jackson listed already on the practice squad today.

David Fales is being reported to be the backup for Bills game so makes sense that he is the first one on the practice squad, they have only two callups per practice squad player to active game status and with Flacco on the active roster but still unable to play then they need a solid backup not the rookie, he not ready but is ready to hold clipboard for now...

Yep. That's how I had it figured. They've added 5 more players, without making any wavier claims, to the squad now all of whom were Jets cuts including White.
