For two years I said lets wait & see how he does....not how he looks in practice......Most here came after me.......Now I am saying I have not given up on him after one game this year. Lets give him some time & see if he is any good. I will defend him.....His Rec's are bad, His OL may be good but are too new, his coach stinks, But lets see if he rises from the grave that many of you are putting him in now. He still needs a chance. How old is he 22 or 23. Lets see how the next 15 games look. Now that being said What I saw of the film so far,,,,,not good.

But again, Where are the people that still think he is great? I know you are out there?

You are probably calling me out. I will admit my confidence in him is wavering, but only because he is stuck with the worst franchise win pro sports. His coaching has been awful. Zero weapons. Terrible OL. No QB could succeed with this organization.

I agree with him showing us. Just not sure since the roster won't change. Your Cards had probably the best and most professional WR ever to play that is helping a young QB. They got a young innovative coach that we passed on. And now they have one of the best WR's playing. I won't and can't judge Darnold until Gase is gone.

Did we pass on him or he wasn't interested? I'm not sold on him anyway, pretty gimmicky IMHO. It might work for a year or two, but after that its a crapshoot.

I agree I am not 100% sold on him & as you know 80% of the time I want them to Missouri me first. I do like his attitude & as far as being gimmicky I have not seen as much of that as I would have thought. The team is fun win lose or draw. The Jets are not fun win lose or bore. So I do like him but he still needs to Missouri me before I put the crown on his head. He also seems to have control of the team......time will tell......As far as Gase is concerned. I have seen enough.
