I think it's a reflection on Greg William's who was hired by CJ and Mac as the Defensive HC.
most of the penalties were on defense but there were offensive penalties as well...
some also on special teams, yes the aggressive nature of Gregg Williams brings along undisciplined nature but its not all on him...

It's not so much his aggressive nature as much as his demanding players take shots at opponents heads and knees at every opportunity. The big plays given up are a result of aggressive defensive play calls. Williams is a complete scumbag. Always was. He never should have been allowed back in the league.
What he did to Warner in 2009 was horrible in the playoffs. I agree he belongs in Africa as a head hunter.....but he was a good dc at one time

Our guys are losing games with stupid unnecessary penalties. Have been for 2 years. Helmet to helmet on a meaningless out of bounds pass is inexcusable. No matter what color Jersey a player is wearing.
are those same plays being called against the Jets or only the Jets being flagged?
like last game Sam was clearly hit/clubbed in the head by the Broncos right in front of ref and no penalty for hit to the head...
