To lose 16 games in a year. It takes a very un-focused coach to do this week in & week out. Kotite tried but he just could not pull it off. It takes a real Barney fife type of coach to botch an entire year. You need to work around the clock to develop a game plan that is just right. Then at halftime you need to make the right adjustments while your Gm is being distracted with king size roast beef sandwiches. In just one moment he could be on the phone getting that one player that could lead his team to a win. You need an owner that is so clueless that he does not fire the coach halfway during the season.Plus you need the players that don't want to go that extra mile

I bet most jet fans don't realize how difficult this goal is to accomplish.
