period. I hope JD knows what he's doing? I do know the talent level remaining is as thin as
the Jets playoff schedule.

It’s not that big of a deal. The Jets are just fine with who they’ve signed thus far. I would love for them to sign Samuel and make him the feature back but there’s still the draft

I am guilty this off-season of looking forward to anything postiive regarding Jet football.

also they say that does not include Carl Lawson's contract nor does it include Marcus Maye's tag...

so be frank we have around $35 M max at this point and why pay for players that the coaching staff doesn't want oh because you want us to spend frivolously like we are one or two pieces away from winning the chip...

c'mon think of the days of Ozzy Newsome and how he waited for all the over paid players to get their money then what did he do he built Super Bowl bound teams with the 2nd and third day leftovers to fill the roster that he built through the draft...

like I said in another post we have 17 unrestricted free agents that no one has signed...
I like Neal out of those three and believe he could be that second tier talent they sign...
Tarell Basham should get a one year deal from us
also Neville Hewitt if not for defense for leadership and special teams

everyone is impatient but I believe in Joe Douglas' patience and Ozzy Newsome tutelage...
also believe this coaching staff has their fingers on this roster's pulse and how to maximize the talent...

have been following where Joe Douglas & Rex Hogan then where Robert Saleh & Jeff Ulbrich pro days they are attending... They are signing free agents for key positions and focusing on good talent that are good people where as in the past we drafted players like Jamal Adams all the talent but a big baby....

Could not agree more. I was under the impression being over the cap, the monies can be used for Free Agents. I never really heard of a team drafting a player and not affording them in at least their rookie contract years.
