Not sure if this means the Jets are getting respect or it’s the kiss of death.

“Preseason stats are pretty darn meaningless. But the eye test is not. And Wilson is passing it with flying colors. Not only did the BYU product produce an efficient stat line in New York's win, but he once again showcased the fluid, flick-of-the-wrist arm talent that convinced the Jets to draft him No. 2 overall. Maybe, in real games, he'll throw himself into trouble, but he sure as heck seems capable of throwing himself out of it, too. This guy made some magic in limited Week 2 action, and he's got the stuff to make more.”

Zack definitely has the goods and I must say that I'm pleasantly surprised with that. I was very hesitant with this draft pick but I trusted in our GM, scouts, coaching staff and what the rest of the fans were saying. Zack is definitely showing that he's more than worth that #2 overall pick. Hopefully he can keep this going when the games count and I don't see why not! Yes he will have his bad games and get in trouble here and there as you said but he also has shown that he can himself out of it. With his arm mainly and that is key!!!

As long as the oline blocks, the CS calls the right plays and puts him in the best position possible (in must cases) and the weapons can get open for a split second, he will find them and make it happen. That's what is making what he is doing so impressive! He's keeping it basic and simple and making it happen immediately. They've given him plays where he looks at 1 or 2 reads in must cases and the ball is gone "BOOM" His reads are quick and decisive and he's picking apart these defenses, his throws are deadly accurate and you can tell he's in command of this offense.

Someone tweeted earlier , "if Zach takes the Jets to the Super Bowl, I'll convert to Mormonism".
Zach is not a Mormon. He was about to go to Boise State when after some thought, he transferred to BYU because it's 30 miles
from his home. He could have said Tibetan Monk or anything else that goes off on a tangent.

I think it was P.T. Barnum who said, "I don't care what the newspapers say about me, as long as they spell my name correctly".

He also said ,"There is no such thing as bad publicity". He could make a buck that guy. Charged people to leave his shows, "To the Egress", and they paid to walk through the exit.

Outside of his Mormon faith, Zach has remained dedicated to football for essentially his entire life. He played in youth leagues when he was a kid and, as he rose through the ranks, he played in high school too. It was only natural that he took the next step to play college football, which he did. Not long after, he was slated to be a first-round 2021 NFL Draft pick.

Wilson was diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) as a child, a trait that runs in his family. He is also a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

I wonder who says he is not Mormon?
