Started this off season as thee primary position group seemingly with an abundance of talent both starters and backups...

Now looks like our IOL is in a bad position heading towards the regular season...

Mekhi Becton currently in concussion protocol but should be ready for week 1...
Alijah Vera-Tucker practiced for the first time this preseason and looking very impressive...
Connor McGovern has taken the next step and looks like what he was suppose to be last season...
Greg Van Roten also improved his PFF rating so far this preseason but he is not the long term answer at RG...
Morgan Moses signed this off season and has replaced George Fant as the starter...
George Fant went from competing for starting left tackle role to ending up being the swing tackle...
Conor McDermott looks to have bounced back from the Packers game injury being carted off...
James Murray is currently injured but severity unknown at this time...
Chuma Edoga was right tackle, then left tackle then no tackle don't know where he belongs maybe practice squad...
Dan Feeney brought in the backup up AVT, also is a capable center...
Corey Levin like Feeney can play both guard spots and is a capable center...
David Moore looking at best for a practice squad spot...
Isaiah Williams formerly of the 49ers has link to LaFleur but is that enough?
Grant Hermannes has out lasted all the other free agent rookie signings to this point, but why?

Really thought Hoge had a chance to stick on PS, maybe he will be brought back if he is not picked up by another team.

this OL is really starting to make me nervous, but not the fearlessness HC he stated he is not nervous about it...

If I have to say who will be the starting 5 with a grain of salt:

Mekhi Becton at LT
Alijah Vera-Tucker at LG
Connor McGovern at OC
Greg Van Roten at RG
Morgan Moses at RT

this seems like a pretty good lineup, if they can build chemistry and continuity which to this point is non-existent since they have not all worked together until part this week...

swing tackle George Fant should give us some coziness that we have someone that can play backup RT...

Conor McDermott is actually a decent LT if needed, but he is better suited for the IOL not center...

Dan Feeney was brought in to possibly be the backup center, worried if he makes the roster for that...

Corey Levin has a good shot to make the 53 specially since James Murray who has been the backup center for the past two off seasons is injured...

Chuma Edoga once a third round pick has lost his way and now is looking for a practice squad spot or be claimed by Darnold's Panthers...

Isaiah Williams made a long trip from San Francisco to make the Jets practice squad wonder if they will make him that guy...

Jets should go with 3 players at depth with the 5 starters and 2 on the practice squad hoping no one plucks them from us...

Active Depth:

George Fant
Conor McDermott
Corey Levin (Unless someone shakes loose from another team)

Practice Squad:
Chuma Edoga
Isaiah
