I feel there is a real opportunity here for Marcus to convince the Jets he is worth locking up. With so many kids back there it will be interesting to see him not only perform but how he/they communicate.

As Season getting ready to start, Im a little nervous of Jets being so far behind of the other 3 teams in rebuilding. Jets rebuilding and other 3 are built with 2 seeking a QB to finish their teams. My poor Jets got a few key positions filled but still long way to go. I almost think we should sit our QB til next year adding a few more pieces. Chiefs did it and it worked.

Anyone else feeling we should fill out team before putting in our new QB to show his stuff? Media tough and quick to destroy confidence of Jets QBs. We got the right QB Wilson but not sure of Jets team being where Pats or Fins are for their rookie QBs.

Not perfect supporting cast, but a whole helluva lot better than three years ago. Plus, i believe we have an offensive scheme suited to the personnel so he will not be asked to carry the team on his shoulders.

Chiefs did it with a playoff roster and a pretty good starter. We have neither. I say let the kid sink or swim with his young teammates.
