Darn my wife said something turned my back & I missed them.

See. That's your problem right there. You let her talk to you during games.
I haven't let my wife say anything to me during a Jets game since she walked into the room, and said "Who's winning?". And that very second, Lee White (BOOOOOO) fumbled against the Rams, Joe Namath picked up the ball, got tackled, and injured his knee.
In case you're wondering, we weren't in the same room during Super Bowl III.
These days, If I'm watching a Jets game and she walks into the room, I turn to a different station. I don't want her jinx to get anyone else injured.

It can be similar in my household except when I do watch a Jets game live I’ll go inside my office. I don’t even respond to anything my wife says cause that may be held against me later for I’m sure that I won’t remember what I said ok to. Most of the time I’ll view the game late nights when I will not be disturbed. But you didn’t read this from me.

Hahahaha, negative Scotch? Sound like me but my Wife being a Seahawk fan is more positive bout my Jets than me during games.while my sons wont sit in same room if Jets playing their teams complaining of bad Jets plays. Lmao
