My Denzel Mims theory:
Missed OTAs/injured under performed in camp.
Played better angry with a fire lit under his ass in preseason.
Never planned to trade/cut him(obviously)
Made him earn his spot and learn to play angry and get best out of him/test him on rebuilding roster

He should get 30-40 snaps at least for him to be the most productive he can on the field. Shit, he should play the entire fucking game for the next five weeks to make up for this past three weeks of bullshit they put him through. He’s got at least 15 catches for 250 yards and 5 touchdowns to make up for these past three games missed. Freaking Jets!!!

you did see LaFleur's facial expression when asked about Mims with two receivers out for the game in Elijah Moore and Jeff Smith both have concussions... Moore got it verse Denver and Jeff Smith got it in an auto accident on his way to One Jets Drive...
I dunno, hope Wilson knows what is best for himself and throwing to Mims regardless if it is only the 9 route so be it, Denzel will catch 82% of those throws...
Look at what this kid can do. Look at his catch radius, look at his size and his presence out there. How could the Jets have not used him from game one on? This kid could’ve been a difference in the Panthers game and a victory. He could’ve also been the difference in the Patriots and Broncos game. Not the difference in the victory but at least in Zach Wilson stats and production and the whole aura of the office. WTF man!!!

as of right now I want to see the difference in the passing game with Crowder and Mims playing...
I want to see having those two on the field will it help the run game and help alleviate pressure on the OL and Wilson...
the defense I am confident in, they have made some big plays the start of this season but only could hold up so much with the QB throwing to the other team... but if the skilled position of these two guys gives the rookie a better chance to succeed I think the defense will follow in suit...

when Cole, Crowder were getting going they had wrinkles for Berrios and Davis was stretching the field no need to push Mims there... But I agree it was disgusting but hope he continues to stack offensive snaps and when his number is called he shows up big time...
