the problem with player development is the play calling not so much how the game ends up...
the play calling on offense is horrible, scripting one maybe two drives and they go nowhere...
when you go out or start a game with a scripted game plan and go 3 and out twice, that is on the coaching staff... that is not feeling out your opponent that is the opponent dictating to you what you won't be able to accomplish...
the problem is this roster albeit young doesn't have proper players in positions of need...
tight end example where is our deep threat? where is our blocker? where is our all around guy?
Ryan Griffin is our locker room leader, whoopie doo when he can not do anything right on the field time for him to go...
Daniel Brown a receiving tight end that is regulated to special teams...
Tyler Kroft is a 3rd tight end on anybody else's roster brought in here to compete with Herndon, so we trade Herndon...
Trevon Wesco never more than a blocking end with upside, now known as our fullback and probably the best of the active 53 tight ends..
Kenny Yeboah a practice squad rookie free agent because he is below average run blocker but has receiver speed and athleticism...
Problems when the security blanket position is troublesome at best...
Running backs can only do so much...
