I tried to remember a Jets Team do what happened last Sunday and cant. Defense just plain Quit. O Line where not 1 came over to QB defense after getting cheap shot. That showed me they are Cowards along with RBs and WRs pathetic effort baddest Ive ever seen getting bare butt spanked with Pats Players laughing at entire Jets Team and Coaches running up score, cheap shots along with Zero fight from Jets laying down being beat down in worst of all time shameful quitting Jets Team. Dont worry Im not wearing Jets gear this year or next until I see that someone can be a man on Jets and fight.

it wasn't quitting it was a mosh pit of talent trying to work together and certain players like Maye first game back he was totally out of position on a few plays... the linebackers were confused and they were suppose to be the group to glue the DL and secondary together with no Mosley there was no proper communication from him to the other linebackers... Sherwood tried his best but he is not the MIKE not yet at least now we have to wait to next year to see if he can take on that role...

coaches are sticking to their game plans but they are one of the problems...
players did not quit they kept fighting but trying to executed plays that are not in their skill set is hard to do consistently...
if the coaches backed down and made things a bit more easier maybe the team in a whole would improve...

According to Saleh, while being horrific, they never quit. Coach, the trick is after 60 minutes having more points than the opponent.

I didn't watch the game, but I know if those things happened there would be someone with a broken leg if I was playing or coaching. there is more about the talent and ability to perform...
trying to fit a square peg in a round hole...
but understand Rome wasn't built in a day and before this new coaching staff came here there were players given contracts and those players until their guarantees run out are here until they are movable and their are ample replacements here and ready to take those other players places...

I commend the coaching staff for having a plan in place but I condemn them the same way as instead of customizing or simplifying the game plan so players that don't have the talent needed to perform the actual game plan can perform and improve their stock value for either after their contracts are up when they go and sign elsewhere or trade value...

@gastineau...i think you have a point about personnel; not necessarily "back biting", but taking advantage of a coaching staff willing to listen to players, and a HC who doesn't seem to discipline. Not discipling people who play a child's game for money is childlike in thinking they will positively respond to adversity without it! when i listen to them, i hear the right things, but they all sound like coach speak. that is concerning!!

@gmf1369...your condemnation is well placed. we have the youngest group in the league by far. it has to be simple so they can perfect simple assignments.

personally, i think Saleh is in peril of losing the locker room. at some point, he needs to lose his shit on "the next player" who spews how much tougher they are on themselves for getting their asses kicked than anyone in the stadium, in the press, or in the coaching offices are.

...if he waits too long, he will not be able to do it, and they won't take it seriously anyway.
