There should be a mandatory prison sentence for DWI/DUI for every person that results in death. There is absolutely no reason to be driving a car impaired.
For every NFL player or any Major League player that is caught DWI/DUI they should no longer be professional athletes, not mention they should be punished higher than the average person because of all the liberties they are awarded and have to their persons...
it is a fucking shame that all that talent has no brains...

Nevada has a minimum mandatory 2 year sentence and a maximum sentence of 20 years for Dui resulting in substantial bodily harm or death .

I am not trying to defend these guys because I sold the stuff used at checkpoints for years......but a driver that works 20 straight hours & gets in a car & a driver that has a fight with his/her spouse is impaired too. Yet these things happen all the time. same with talking on the phone etc. Driving is not something to be taken lightly ....how many of you have done one or more of the above? Again, it is dead wrong to be impaired & drive.
He hit her (impact speed) at 129 MPH. WTF? Speed limit was 45 I also believe her car was a Prius. The batteries on electric cars have a tendency to go up in flames pretty quick . For the life of me I cant understand how you can drive 156 MPH on a public road. I used to drag race as a younger man, and I never hit that speed on a sanctioned track …..
