That's what I hate about football. When you really screw up and need help, its adios! Yea, its a business, but this young man really needs comfort and help from his football family.This is where the millions of dollars need to be spent This is where BLM or ALM (All Lives Matter) need to be looked at in the NFL.
Well hopefully he will get the help he needs in prison.
Where was this help Before this accident? You have young guys making millions but as mature as a 13 year old. 155mph drunk isnt smart and zero common sense shown. So where was the help for this player before? I know in real world an average Job no one cares and no one explains these things to young guy but also a millionaire after being reg guy growing up. Sad, woman lost life and a career over but dont think this is the only one this has happened to because it happens every day by some stupid idiot drunk, stoned behind the wheel.
There is a program sponsored by the NFL. All the help and guidance that a player could need to keep them out of trouble. He chose another route and ignored this help and because of this a young innocent life was lost. He dug his hole and can rot in it as far as I’m concerned.
Edit: found this article after posting. Even more so cements my thoughts.
