Crazy stat: In the four games since Zach Wilson's injury, the Jets have averaged 436 yards per game — tops in the NFL. I'm not making that up. Asked if he feels pressure to maintain what the other 3 QBs have done, Wilson said, "No, of course not. I play my ball. I play ball. Credit to those guys. I was able to learn from their reps and everything they went through, but I have to go in and play my game and not worry about any of that stuff."

The team with the most yards per game since Week 8 is the...

JETS?!

And.. it's not even close

1. Jets 435.8
2. Chargers 400.0
3. Colts 376.0
4. Packers 374.0
5. Chiefs 372.8

The NFL is weird

I believe Zach has learned from this experience and we’ll see the benefits of it from this point on. Seeing it from the sideline perspective hopefully has helped him to slow it down and see the entire field.

Based on what evidence. Or is your belief a faith base situation?

Yeah thats a real stat of Fact, right? Our Winning record proves that Stats of great Offense is 100% true. Funny I remember teams passing with major YAK yds big numbers but not much scoring to win. Sounds familiar? Jets can have 909 passing with 500 YAK yds, but no TD or field goal and who cares? I didnt expect much from the current roster. But I do expect a major jump next year with Key Free Agent signings and Draft picks. No money to average part time good WR when they feel like playing, and that goes for entire Team. Make big bucks and play to that level after getting paid. Becton, pecton,fatton...get in shape and stay there and then eat yourself to a pumkin and come work a shipyard or construction and Ill see how long you can swing a 30lb sledge or rivet buster all day for little pay compared to your 1 hour game play a week for big money. Youll be wishing you had stayed in shape making millions for 10 years instead of construction for 40 years and little to show if not killed on the Job and live that long ,you still be all busted up in pain. Thats the real world for working Joe building Rich peoples crap from ships, cars, trucks, buildings for you rich Fks to live, eat. And pay to watch Jets players play like this is sickning being paid and unappreciating what they do for a short time. Yep thats us Fans for watching millionaire players goofing off in a 1 hour game.

What surprises me is Zach Wilson moaners. Watchibg Zachs arm talent, power, accuracy Jets fans should be excited. Watching Carr and Dak in Cowboys Raiders passing and think about Zach Wilson has that type of arm if not better if talent around him. I really think Zach is the man but lack positive support in play by players who treat Zach like he a little kid compared to them big Vet NFL players.lmao its the opposite when these Vet players dont help him and shows me how childish these average players are trying to make others look worse to make their own average play look great. Man I hope GM cleans house of these guys doing this to our QB. Vets needs to help him and assure Zach in his play. But that crap in Pats game done to Zach and not one Vet came over tells me the leader on Offense needs to go. Grow up help new guys and stop making others look bad to make yourself look average.

When I was carving up the turkey yesterday all I could think about is sack. Same with mashing the potatoes. I heard the same about dunderhead for ten years.....well it seemed that long to me. Lets see if he can stay on the field for any amount of time

The crazy Mike White games are seriously padding those stats LOL.

If Zach learned anything while watching, I seriously hope it is "to take what the defense is giving you!" He needs to learn to stop forcing the issue and going for the spectacular play! Take what's there and live for the next play! You take your shots strategically! You can't live/die by the big plays.

Speeding up his progressions will help him and the O Line.

it is not just Mike White, Josh Johnson(486 total yds) and Joe Flacco (380 total yds) games are all above 375 yards of offense...

From my friends at One Jets Drive they said he looks completely different in his approach to the offense... Could be just practice but they said he looks like a different quarterback... Game Tested is a different story and we will either see him in a new light or revert to his me ball... Or Hero Ball as he moved the pocket to give his receivers a chance to get open so he can fling it deep...

This isn't college you either get with it or go away hopefully he gets with it and plays within the scheme... He has the release and effortless arm strength to hit all levels, when the opportunity opens itself he can take those chances but hope at the same the play calling is not aggressive on every pass play...

Really hard for Wilson to step back into that. If he doesn't have a stellar game, everyone is going to be saying "he is the problem"
But he is the problem and that’s okay . He’s a rookie learning a new offense on a fledgling team that is in its first year together under a fledgling coaching staff .
It would have been a minor miracle if he didn’t struggle.
