Mike White and Zach should go on a separate practice field with a couple of practice squad WRs and White should
show Zach how to throw a simple short pass. Zach does not need to look like Roger Staubach in trouble on each play.

I said something similar but said Zach should pretend to be the jug machine and throws 1000 balls to all the receivers just to get accustom to throwing the short passes, with zip, with touch, with accuracy but I digress he is too entitled to do the little things to improve...

might have to call the butler to pick up the ball for him...
