he needs a bona fide OC and/or offensive HC to get anywhere - he has a lot of physical talent, but hasn't been able to adequately read defenses yet. Until someone figures out his head, he will continue to tease and disappoint. The history of QBs in the NFL is littered with these guys unfortunately.

It seems like he gets a new offense every year. What he needs is stability, you have to wonder how he'd do if he ended up on the Steelers.
Of course he may be too broken to fix at this point.
