That changes a bit the direction of my frustration with how this play unfolded (and the outcome thereafter) and also puts an asterisk next to the decent clean game Wilson had.
we know his mentality did he just call his own number?
did he not know that it was suppose to go to #10?
Coach Saleah would make a nice politician. He stood at that podium and lied his tail off. He was peeved but he threw his coaches under the bus to protect his QB . I hope Wilson gets it because he’s beginning to remind me of Jay Cutler . All the talent in the world but s selfish me first player .

To be clear, I’d put most of the blame on coaching. That opinion is based on Saleh’s post-game comments. Yes, Wilson could’ve checked into a better play, but that’s asking a lot of a rookie QB. Coaches should’ve eliminated the gray area.

Saleh said it should’ve been a handoff to Berrios, no ifs, ands or buts. Wilson still had the ability to make that happen, but he chose the QB sneak option — bad decision R.C.
