it is definitely shaping up to be a game that we will see if disciplines and responsibilities trickle down to the next man up.
at the same time, with all of the injuries, what better game could you ask for to throw it all against the wall, and see if anything sticks.

i vacillated between frustration with the OC being pig headed and not creating packages for him if he cannot digest 3 positions to back up and frustration with him for not making something stick...I mean he has to show the coaching staff something, right?
at this point, i think i have to side LaFleur for that reason. he doesn't seem to be able to show LaFleur anything that would warrant trust between #2 and himself.
If we any TEs worth a darn this would be a perfect game to do what the Patriots did and run the ball from the time we get off the bus until we get back on it .
Wilson has progressed nicely this year and with limited receiving options and a banged up OL combined with the expected weather conditions, why put him in harms way if you don’t have to.
I put Mcdermit (so) at TE or whoever is available and hand off every snap . Throw the boys up front a bone and tell ‘‘em to pound the bills .

I don't want a more meaningful game to be his first trip to Buffalo/hostile environment...........kid needs to see it all
Fine, but at what expense . Sometimes you have to retreat so you can fight another day . This is not a good weekend for him to fall on his sword .
I don’t think you give up on a second round pick who has shown flashes but had a bad season due to a myriad of issues. At the very least you bring him to camp and see what he’s got unless someone offers you something for him you deemed acceptable.
this is true...WR's especially! they take as long or longer to develop as a developmental player, like he was coming from a bubble screen offense, as a developmental QB coming from a run and shoot pass happy offense in college.
