he is 35 and two more years and progress from the offense will get him an opportunity at a head coaching gig...He's nowhere near being ready for an NFL Head Coaching opportunity at the age of only 34-35.
His play calling was terrible early on but ever since leaving the sidelines and entering the box up above he's called some really good games.
For a Rookie OC. Overall. I wouldn't say I'm impressed. But I'm hopeful for him moving forward. He's very creative.
Who’s his quality control assistant ? Who’s in the pipeline on the roster that we can promote when that inevitably happens? Someone that won’t go with him to become his de facto offensive coordinator.he is 35 and two more years and progress from the offense will get him an opportunity at a head coaching gig...
two reasons:
his brother is one...
he is from the Kyle Shanahan coaching tree...
don't get it wrong some dumb team desperate will look for the next hot shit to hopefully take their team to the promise land and just like that he will be gone...

The only thing that matters is completing Wilson’s development in this system.ah good question answer
better hope they can convince him to stayno one
agreed I just want to see him get real traction and consistency. GMF is right the pedigree and someone looking for the next great mind will dial ML up. I expect it sooner rather than later, maybe after next season. The only thing that matters is completing Wilson’s development in this system.
that all depends on the outlook of our offense, if we go from basically last to first he is gone...maybe after next season.
stop picking on the Cardinals lolhe is 35 and two more years and progress from the offense will get him an opportunity at a head coaching gig...

The guardians may be looking nowHow long before he is a HC candidate?
There has to be someone in the pipeline. There always is . I think I’m going to check our coaching staff .that all depends on the outlook of our offense, if we go from basically last to first he is gone...
if we go from last to progressing middle of the pact he sticks around...
but what happens when he gets that chance does he jump on it, he be a fool not too but what happens to our offense?
There will be a lot of assistants on the street after the post-season coaching purges. There has to be someone in the pipeline. There always is . I think I’m going to check our coaching staff .
While that is true, I really want continuity within one scheme for this QB. If we’re going to build something, let’s build it right and strong .There will be a lot of assistants on the street after the post-season coaching purges.
Agree 100%, but I'm thinking of young guys for the pipeline not scheme changers. While that is true, I really want continuity within one scheme for this QB. If we’re going to build something, let’s build it right and strong .
The two guys I mentioned above are both young and on our current staff . One(Mack) has coordinator experience at the college level and strangely was on Adam Gase’s coaching staff apparently. Jets must like what he has to offer .Agree 100%, but I'm thinking of young guys for the pipeline not scheme changers.
There's also the college coaching ranks.

I think Brown was on greg Williams staff. Didn't he hire him as a LB coach? The two guys I mentioned above are both young and on our current staff . Not this year that’s for sure.Who the hell is purging a 4-12 coaching staff??
He’s got experience on both sides of the ball . I think you’re right.I think Brown was on greg Williams staff. Didn't he hire him as a LB coach?
