Wow, fired after a winning season in which the young QB showed progress. And some claim the JETS are impatient!

Apparently this was due to a dispute between Coach and GM . Owner decided to settle the issue and kept the GM while firing the HC.

Dumb and Dumber but good for us . He had them headed in the right direction.
On a side note this is not going to go over well with the Rooney rule folks .

If I'm Joe Douglas and Robert Saleh? I immediately fire Jeff Ulbrich and hire Brian Flores as our new Defensive Coordinator (until Brian Flores gets another NFL head coaching opportunity elsewhere).

And if I'm Jacksonville, Giants, Detroit, Houston, Chicago, Carolina, Denver or Minnesota? I'm hiring him to become my next head coach and hiring him immediately.
