Not buying the Bills talk. Sounds very agent driven

Why would a player with any pride or confidence in his own talent and who saw himself rotting on the bench behind a washed up Johnson last year opt to join up with that same HC who is clueless about offense and rot on the bench behind McCoy and Jackson and maybe even Spiller

in all seriousness, buffalo is pretty loaded at RB. not sure why powell would want to go there.

i'd like to keep him, but if i had to choose just one, i would take spiller over powell. powell is a solid all around back, but isn't anything special. a good depth player, but not a game changer. spiller and ivory would make a nice tandem, perhaps supplemented by a mid round pick.

Buffalo just gave Shady a brinks truck loaded with money. Bilal's simply following the hot trail to RB cash.

And the secret's out: the NFL has changed it's view towards the RB market as it suddenly got hot again. Seattle's (and Dallas, GB) success has paved the way towards combating pass-happy offenses. It's a form of defense to run the ball keeping these top-tier QB's off the field. The Jets have been building towards this but Idzik just couldn't get players signed which stagnated the team growth.

Watch for this RB draft class to get plucked early and often. Value just skyrocketed for them this offseason.

I love TJ Yeldon for Gailey's offense. He's not the speed back but one who's durable with great vision and awareness in the passing game. These speed backs tend to be nicked up too easily. I just have my doubts he'd reach our 3rd round pick.

I would love to see the Jets go get this guy to play RT. But LG is still glaringly open. They also need to go get Clint Boling ASAP with Franklin off the market and Iupati being linked to Buffalo to reunite with Greg Roman.
I'm not sure what kind of hit would take place in dumping Breno. He's a below-average RT.
