Minorities. Now you want to segregate all non black minorities as lesser?
The vast majority of players have no interest in coaching. So you could have a 90% black player league and still not have many non white coaches.
A large # of coaches are failed white players.
One could argue white players are discriminated against. And as usual, your #s are wrong...

1.) The NFL hasn't been racist towards non white coaches.

2.) The NFL Rooney rule was created for absolutely no reason.

3.) Black head coaches haven't been discriminated against ever since the Rooney rule was created and haven't been degraded and embarrassed during interviews (ever since).

4.) There aren't 32 White NFL owners but yet only 2 black coaches.

3, I know one is biracial but identities as a Black male. Not black enough for you , but black none the less.
1 Muslim, I Hispanic. Enough, no. But forced interviews is not the answer.
2 of 4 GM hires were black. The league has a long way to go, as does society but change doesn't happen overnight and it is not going to in this case either.
Not long ago black QBs were unthinkable. Things are changing.
