Just watched the entire game on you tube 1981 vs the bills. I saw Bigmoe in the stands with the Santa uniform on. This is the first time since 1981 I have seen this game. It was a fun/frustrating as it was that day in the stands. What could have been ..I always said if Walt stayed as HC we could have been in two SB's & won at least one of them. We all left the stadium that day & said wait until next year....little did we know that next year was years & years & years. Walker two dropped TD,s Buttle dropped Int, Harpers fumble for a TD, our poor punting, Todds Ints. Klecko's injury. Waltons play calling. But it still was fun to watch again.

I just can't do it.....it would torture me to watch again.

the game that gets me is the 2010 PITT AFCC Game... I just cannot watch that one.

Rex earned the moniker of "defensive guru" in the prior two playoff games to shut down Manning and Brady in consecutive weeks by laying off the zero coverages, and playing dimes the whole game to clog their passing lanes; truly things of beauty.

but when he tried that with Ben, Tomlin was was ready with Mendenhall... 7 points wasn't a big deal after drive #1, but to not adjust out of it until after being down 24 to 0 still makes me SMH.

A close second is Cleveland '86 season... #99, you're on my Mt Rushmore of Jets, but i might have traded you on the spot after the Bernie hit.

Yes & in the 81 game if he had just fallen on the ball....instead of trying to be a hero. This is why Klecko was so much better

The browns game with Gastineau doing his dance after sacking Kosar with the ball on the turf is mine . That gimp Joe Ferguson always gave me nightmares back then too .

@butterscotch, thank you so much... in truth, i really didn't know it would be as simple as a quick search. i watched it cover to cover last night!

this was the year i started watching the NFL...in SWFL on a 13 inch B&W TV...the first 4 weeks of the year, the Jets were on; then it seemed they were always on that year; more than the Fins.

a.) i forgot how bad Richard Todd was.
b.) i forgot what a badass Richard Todd was.
c.) i forgot what a dump Shea was for the Jets.
d.) i forgot what a real home field advantage could feel like. JetLife & Giant's Stadium feel so sanitized; Our Jet faithful were as rabid as any fan base at Shea.

what a treat... i felt like a 10 year old kid again.

Omg
What a great game
How we fell behind and the crowd just kept cheering them on .
What a comeback till he threw the int to Bill Simpson in the end zone.
It was directly opposite my sight line from my seats in the closed end of the stadium
Ugh

I said this on another thread. That season ended week 1 when Kris Jenkins had a career ending injury. Pouncey vs Jenkins would've had a different outcome then Pouncey vs Pouha...and thus Mendenhall wouldn't have had as good of a game.

We could lose to the patriots 100 times straight and I will still hate the fish more . I know a lot of fans live in Florida but if we as a country sold that state to Cuba I wouldn’t cry or even care

the funniest part of being an NFL Fan in FL, is that when you catch a game at a Sports Bar, you'll see fan clubs for every team but The Fins, The Bucs, and The Jags. and aside from the recent Brady Bucs Jersey, you never see their Jersey's represented either.
