...and quite frankly, if you have the time, the pre-season can be more interesting than the regular season.

Because the only thing I hope for during preseason practice scrimmages are no injuries to key players.

And the play calling is very vanilla and the Xs and Os schemes are watered down.

#PreseasonStinks.

(but I still watch and get excited for it)..

Well you're following pre-season for different reasons. You're not following it for the level of competition, you're watching it to see what to expect during the season and because of the stories...every player has a story. And if you go to a per-season game, it's a nice relaxing venue in the summer, perhaps a summer evening. And you don't have 50 a-holes sitting near you and it doesn't take an hour to park your car.
