I just heard a little bit ago Sirius XM NFL that the price might be down to a second and a player. Now, I would love to find a way for Fant to work in that deal along with 38 (if they must, 35), but I don't see OT to be a position where SF would be looking. And I doubt Mims moves the needle much.

Trey Wingo reports Jets offering #10 and one other pick for Deebo. It is believed that S.F. Will not turn this down and it will be done before or during the Draft. The Jets will sign Deebo for 25 mil per season. He will be the 4th highest paid WR.

LaFleur is going to be a good one, but he isn't there yet. in time, he'll be able to get players like Mims, who need baby steps, into the fold, because in time, he'll realize that if he doesn't, he's wasting talent. Shannahan would've had Mims doing Deebo plays already.

I'm going on record I'm not on board with this move for a couple reasons. First, I don't want to pay a WR $25M. Second, I want to build through the draft for another year. Finally, there is no reason to give up the #10 pick because Deebo is not playing for SF. They have no leverage.
