I'm guessing that he's worrisome about a qb controversy that he thinks would ensue following a 3-1 record.

We’ll, I’m truly looking forward to the kid returning. Even if he’s not our QB of the future, we need to find that out immediately. He has the rest of this year and next to prove himself or it’s time to move on! AT LEAST that’s the way I feel about it! I think he can and will be our guy but he has to stay healthy (first and foremost) and then prove it one the field. Hopefully he can do both!
I don't know if Zach is the guy, but he has the opportunity to show if he is worth an extra year.
He deserves three years regardless. The #2 overall pick that hasn’t Ryan Leaf’d or Jamarcus Russell’d himself out of a chance deserves three years.

Why isn’t Mims playing more? He wasn’t even activated today. What’s going on? Besides the fact that the Jets sucked all around (other than Sauce, G. Wilson and B. Hall ) doing their best. This team sucked all around. But my real question here is why isn’t Mims playing more? I guess a 6’3” talented sub 4.4 in the 40, WR can’t help this team at all!
Side note: There’s talent all over this team on both side of the ball but until Zach Wilson returns, it means absolutely nothing!

It seems to me that you just don’t want Zach to be our QB! Honestly speaking!
Coaching staff sucks!
He has been injured his whole career. The Jets can’t trust Zach at this point and not enough progress has been shown so far to waste too much more time. He has 14 games to ball out or start looking for next QB.

Well, the good news is, a lot of teams have really good quarterbacks right now. Eventually there won’t be anybody else to compete with for the #1 qb in the draft
Zach has to still grow and learn. Plus he’s coming back from this injury. So it’s going to take time for all this to help together. He has talent and potential unlimited. He seems to love the game and put in the work (mentally, physically and film wise) learning the game and his craft. We just have to be patient, it’s going to take some time.
As far as this Steelers game is concerned, there’s no reason why we can’t win this game. Might be a ugly win but a win is a win!

I need to see A LOT from Zach to not want to look at this years QB class. So far I'm not impressed. We all know the shortcomings that We hope can be Coached Up. You know we are going to hear: " Zach is going to need time" "Zach needs more reps" "Zach is working hard" and blah blah blah. Hopefully something radically changes and We actually SEE Zach Wilson for more than a SERIES and He actually looks like an up and coming NFL QB. Then I will be more optimistic. Until then all else is Bovine Scatology.
