My first NFL game was I think in 1962

The first one I remember was the 62 C game that as a young kid I spent half the game in the ladies room with Mom (the only place with heat) It was cold my dad spilled coffee & it was frozen seconds after hitting the ground. This is the last NFL Championship game I attended. Little did I know that a few years later I would be watching from home my last winning game of the year......yes in 2008 Az won the league Championship game but not the big one. 60 years & one win. not very good.

And it took two teams to get that one win.

My first game on TV that I can remember was that 1970 Jets Raiders MNF game who's youtube was posted on JFU sometime ago. I only remember it from watching and realizing that I remember the game.

My first game was in the early 70's. Joe Namath was playing and didn't do too well.

First game was Titans-Chargers, the only time I was ever in the Polo Grounds but I was too young to have a clue what was going on (not that I do now). All I remember was "down in front", cracker jacks and for some reason Al Dorow

Next one wasn't until '66 (vs Chiefs at Shea). A friend and I put in names on the ST waiting list right before that and didn't get them until '76

Would love to have that Polo Grounds day back again

My first was when my Godfather brought me when I was 6 in 1978. Been hooked ever since. I did get to see a championship game as I was in Pittsburgh when the Jets ran out of time. We had them. Just needed one more drive. Everyone in the stadium knew it too. They were all scared.

Wow scotch! Was that back in the covered wagon days? Did you hang with Pilgrims before heading on with Lewis and Clark?
Respect your elders!
Mine was 1956 at the Polo Grounds, the Bears against the team in blue that shares our stadium.
Never saw another football game there until the Titans of New York were born.
Later
