Well my Jets came to play Football in our backyard and we taught them a Lesson! I mean WOW!! That Dorkfins have everything I wanted Zach Wilson to have in year 2 and they made their Rookie QB look good. Just imagine if Zach had that O Line and top 3 Vet WR! Im so proud of O Line and WR and RBs with Zach of course! If we only had whats needed for Zach to take the next step. While Im very happy to get a win, Im also disapointed in Zach progress because nothing fixed and same as last year. Zach is getting it but slower because we didnt get what needed for our QB. Thanks to Jets Players especially back ups Playing so hard. Zach keep it going man and show everyone you can zip the ball through an needle eye hole. Reminds me of Marino zip passes in tight coverage. Keep it going Zach! Now on to my Mets!!!

And I dont even live in NY! Alaska to Oregon in 87 being to one Jets game in Atlanta last second win Rex Ryan and few Mets games one in Seattle when Piazza played and 6 games at Atlanta watch Mets. Mets won division Braves won last game and kept showing win all night. 6 Cops at bar looking at me talking to my niece laughing told her to tell me this. Mets stands for My,Entire,Team,Sucks. They wdre laughing until I yelled at tbem pointing to My Mets jersy, if my entire team sucks and we won tbe division your team is in what does that make your team? Cops were pissed ,,and coming from family of Troopers and Cops I said they better not leave here drinking. Lmfao

season tickets since 71
And never got to see the home champion ship game I wished for with me and dad
That kinda wore us out
Sadly we can no longer attend and have them up last year after covid

Never mind we saw a ton of shit football ( 70s decade was the worst)

But it cost us $$$$$$$$$
But we did have a lot of fun
Imagine if we had a few winners in there!!!!!

The flying lawnmower game at Shea was going to be my very first. I was just a kid, and shortly before the game, I had to go into the hospital for a tonsillectomy.

First ST year was '76 (after 10 yrs of wait list) in those metal temp seats to the 3B side of homeplate. Hated them. Couldn't see a thing past the nearest 40 yd line. They had room for one less butt than the numbers painted in the benches. Last one to arrive ususally sat on the steps in the aisle. A huge guy sat right in front of me so I was always leaning over my friend next to me. He had a humungo bag of peanuts that he brought every game and handed out to everyone. Still had some left by the end of the season. Bad seats, bad season.

Jets office was on Madison back then (you could get road game tix there too) so I went often to ask for seat changes and the guy told me that I was being a pain and here, move to the Mezz reserve (covered at about the closed end 20). Now THAT worked out nice.

Funny what comes ot mind when you think about those days. First was the "Ain'ts" game and everyone laughing when it started to snow

Other than that, there was the one playoff game that we got to see whch they lost but was a great game. Also (same year) the Barkum TD at the end of the Dolphin game.

Weirdest? That '83 special home game against the Colts(?) at the old Giants Stadium

Saddest? After all the '76 games watching Namath hobble around so badly, that awful last game in '83
