10 yrs later Geno a QB

10 rookie years behind awful teams GM and coaches and Geno finally a QB! I’ve noticed Genoa passes has some Zip to it. That’s something that Zach Wilson had in year one but WRs couldn’t catch and bounce off hands. This year Zach. Has average slower passes with zero zip on the ball looking like old Geno by not accurate passes floating and behind WRs. I don’t know what happened to Zach arm from last years Zip and accuracy to year 2 slow inaccurate passes easier for WRs to catch and intercept by other teams! We are watch Zach become old Geno while new Geno has become Zach bullet passes from last years Zach. It’s like Geno stoked Zach’s arm from last season zipping passes to trade for weak Geno arm. Crazy and I want to know why Zach has taken his zip speed off passes. Coach , WRs crying they can’t catch zip ball passes? Good Vet WRs catches those Zip passes from great QBs strong arms. To bad it took Geno 10 years to figure it out. Zach is regressing slowing his passes to avg to catch and timing and ints

And sometimes when you know what you’re drafting and you take the time to develop it instead of throwing it into the deep end, you get what you get . I hope The GM and the HC know what they drafted in Zach Wilson because it might take longer than 10 years from whence he came.

I could put up with "baby steps" growth from Zach while we're winning games. We are fortunately talented in other positions.

From many outlets Joe Burrow has been lauded for his 180 degrees turn-around which is well deserved. Then came last night. The loss to them was worse if possible than the Jets loss should be to us. "Bengals came back", "Burrow has it down now", etc. etc.
Taking nothing away from the Browns, the Bengals looked well not so great.

I guess it’s time to bring out the Old Jets QB Draft board and sharpen up the Darts we had since 1965 to get that franchise QB! Making me regret giving this GM ,Coach and QB 3 years to fix this franchise even though they all 3 who I wanted. Been fine if we had beaten Pats this year. But that’s not happening. Been great if Zach had that vet WR in pocket telling him to calm down and if trouble I’ll be watching and you can pass to me any time needed and I’ll catch it. That’s why I wanted a Vet top WR to help Zach know he’s there in any situation

Attitude is probably more important in football at all levels than in any other sport. You (Jets F.O.) can subtract some value to both Mims and Moore for their attitudes will seemingly further decrease. We probably should have gotten rid of them.

Doesn’t seem like anyone in here likes to draft and QB I bring up because of small college. Jets takes one and doesn’t follow other teams build around the QB in second year. Josh Allen no one but me in here, Herbert same thing, and now Zach Wilson. Difference is what teams did for these QBs in second season. Jets hasn’t done what’s needed to develop Zach and instead threw him under the bus by not making sure he had a Vet WR and not having guys in his face. I admit I wanted GM and Coaches and QB! But I thought this team would be built to help Zach grow in second year . Now media and fans trashing this young kid and he is regressing to where he doesn’t even have zip to his passes . Zach isn’t close to what he was passing last year with bullet passes and strong arm and inaccurate goes with his weak passes. It will be over for Zach by end of season from media a fans and thanks to team not doing what’s needed to help Zach get better . Terrible Jets curse of can’t draft a QB and do get one and clueless how to copy teams helping QBs

Sad to say this but the type of Qb he is & with his college background...he is the type of QB that will need time to develope.....he is not a Kodak instamatic camera ......we got to send our film out. It will take time.

!) I don't love him & I don't think he will be great. Maybe he will be good but not great IMO. BUT we need to give him extra time...He is just that type of project. Will it be worth it? We will see in a few years.
