I didn’t. After losing to them at home, I would have been pretty shocked had we won today. Belichick always takes away your best player on offense. Right now, I’m not even sure who that is. Should have been our run game I guess?
Yes. Our offense was atrocious. I’d say, we still were missing Fant and Mitchell who were supposed to be back i thought, but cheatahs lost their center in game and still moved the ball
this was the game i expected, but even a little worse
you were right. We shouldn’t let the fact that we had 6 wins cloud the fact that we were in actuality a 4-7 win team preseason so we should be happy with what we had so far
locker room sounded disgusted today. Wilson doesn’t like that reporters know that he sucks. Zach Wilson that is. And sadly, the other Wilson had a bad comment about trusting the receiving room. A demoralizing loss today. We’ll see if they can forget it by next week or not. Can’t have these young guys turning into Jets or the whole thing is done

True, but in defense of the oline, they have been decimated with injuries and still done well on occasion. Zach look like he wanted to cry before he even played a play

We'd be going nuts bashing Wilson if he went 23 of 27 for 246 yards, no picks, and a total of three points.
And rightfully so.
Yeah, that's just flat out deflating, especially when you're still holding (very slim) hopes he can be good.
The above stat line accurately portrays how he played:
beside the very early throw that Mims dropped, every single throw he made was alarmingly inept and scared - even the long catch by Mims was on a palpably underthrown ball. Heck, he was even painfully slow and unsure on the easy dumpoffs to the side (last one being the memorable minus 1 yard gain).
Guys, this team has spirit, quickness, talent and is trying to build a winning culture. So, when your QB plays like this, it begs the question how the locker room and coaches feel.
