Possible locker room issues because of Zach!

This is not surprise and I’m sure most of you guys have already heard about this! I’m just catching up on it.

Yeah, this team would most likely be undefeated if we had a consistently average QB. A game manager per say! Zach hasn't even reached that level yet and it's frustrating the SHIT out of the team now, and rightfully so! Hate to say but it's time for Saleh to start thinking about the team more and if there's a better option at QB, go with it. This team can still make the playoffs and if Zach isn't the QB to help them get there, the choice is obvious.

Maybe we should rename Zach "air mail"? 'Cause he's airmailing easy throws that kids on my my daughter's soccer team could do no problem.

This is a simple issue to fix. Bench Zach. Start someone else. Go beat the fuck out of the Bears. Simple.
Teams seem more concerned with not "damaging a QB's fragile ego" than just benching a player and trying to win with someone else. I don't get it. Who give a frig if ZW mopes after getting benched? Play better, dude.

I was 1,000 percent against Zach being benched this year and I still am to a certain extent but there is ALOT MORE at stake here. We all know what they are and that is exactly what Saleh, the rest of the CS, Joe D and maybe even Woody was discussing yesterday.

- Jets need to bench Zach simply because he’s playing like shit and holding the team back.
- Even more so than that the dude doesn’t want to take true accountability for his part in these losses. Saying he didn’t let the defense down is the biggest slap in the face there could be. Benching him, whether it's for just a game or the rest of the season just might be the thing to get him to wake up and be the player/leader he possible can be!
- Every player on the team is probably pissed off at him because of his play. They all know he’s holding them back. The offensive players know more than anyone else.
- Also is fact that Saleh can’t lose this team and if he doesn’t bench Zach, he most likely will.
- Last is this team is playoff ready and they can’t let Zach ruin it for them. There’s still a chance they can make it.

This isn’t last year where the team was pretty much garbage regardless. So, you might as well play him and let him learn on the field. We all know it was the hope that he would learn last year and improve and be ready for this year and beyond. That is clearly not the case.

So, in this type of situation, it’s clear and obvious a change has to be made. Now what we don’t know is will the other QBs we have will do that much better than Zach but it’s pretty safe to assume that they will. So do it, why wait at this point!

I have heard (unconfirmed of course from another Jets message board ) that Zach has been a pain in the ass attitude wise since spring OTA’s. I don’t think this pertains to any individual player, but rather the coaching staff. Most likely to LaFluer . Obviously shithead has gotten a little to big for his britches….. It wouldn’t surprise me. Zach wants to play his way and this offense isnt set up for that. This may very well come down to either Zach is gone or Lafluer is gone next season. It’s a real conundrum…. Does LaFluer’s system work? Not if Zach wont run it right…. Can Zach play his way and be successful…. Not with LaFluer around he cant….
