I’m not too concerned with Mike white starting. If throwing INTs in a game is the death of a QB, then Wilson should have been dead and gone a long time ago.
We need White to be a game manager and make “his throws”. If he can do that, we may not see Wilson again until next season

Oh no, take it at face value. I meant it. None of us are even close to perfect. Even though we are quick to judge others. It’s easy to pick apart a 23 year old kid with all of that pressure playing in a major market like NY. None of us know that pressure. But we crush the guy for not saying the right thing with vultures in his face, waiting to crush him in the Monday morning NY Post article.
Just as well that the 23 year old kid has time out of the limelight to reset and work on his skillset, including the art of answering media questions with cliches. He has plenty of time to come back if he is capable. Meanwhile we should all be hoping that White is at least OK on Sunday, as if he lays an egg the franchise will be in disarray. Saleh hasn't allowed for a Plan C by appointing Strev as White's backup.

For me, I was absolutely disgusted by his play in both cheatah games, as well as not very impressed with his play in general.
When I saw his face when he took the field in the second cheatah game I knew we were in trouble. He looked like he may yak. In truth, When I watched his post game interview I zoned out and didn’t even realize what he said until I saw the news.
watching his reply after being benched I thought he was being sincere, so yes, I write his statement off as frustration in the heat of the moment, but that doesn’t make his abysmal play as backed up by his stats this season which are all at the bottom of qb’s, look any better.
he now needs to show he can play, if not like a 32 pick, at least like a 1st round or even 2nd round pick, not the worst qb in the NFL

The benching of Mr. Zachery Wilson is due to a combination of factors. These are Mr. Wilson's ability to execute plays, the ability of the rest of the offensive team to execute plays, the Jets playbook and the plays called by the play caller.

Im very interested to see how the offense flows with Mike White tomorrow. If he goes out there and shines, the pressure is going to shift squarely on Zach’s shoulders. Maybe the system doesn’t cater to his strengths, but if everyone else can run it “what the fuck is Zach’s problem?”

We'll have to see how the game turns out before we can say much about the substitute QB, 'tis true.
One thing this poor old couch potato will be looking for will be how long Mr. Michael White holds the ball after the snap. The offensive front four is, shall we say, leaky. I've suggested they install pay turnstiles between them so at least some of the money paid to Mr. Zachary Wilson can be recaptured as the opposing defense comes thundering through.
