Experience goes a long way, and as a youthful team that they are, it's good to go through this now. Truth be told, they are already playing playoff type games here on out. It's just not as sudden as they truly are. Some things had to be learned on the fly. Other things were taking their lumps and never quitting. We saw signs in the preseason. This is the time for championship caliber teams to peak and play their best. I don't know for sure if this team has peaked yet. But when the offense catches up with the defense and special teams we'll make some serious noise. Win and the chances take care of themselves. For now I'm just enjoying the competitive games each each. No one blows out this team anymore. Seven wins was the least amount I had before the start. So anything more is icing.
