After LaFleur alienated the roster especially the offenses players like Mims, E Moore and there are others like Becton even McGovern and Herbig.

The search for a offensive mind that can reign in Zach Wilson is evident with the last three said choices by Douglas and the front office.

Meaning Zach Wilson will get another chance in 2023. I don't like it, but unless they get an offer they would be stoopid to reject he is here for another year.

The real question: Will they bring in a true veteran with starting experience to compete and be the safety net if or when Zach fails to produce?

In which the debate could begin who would accentuate our current roster of skill players. The only problem we do not know the style of the game plan that will be installed so we have to look at our roster and figure could a Carr fit? Could a Lamar Jackson be an option or do they spend a mid round pick on someone while re-signing a Mike White who is familiar with these players? Too many questions but right now we know they are attempting to salvage Wilson's New York career.

Good Read. Made a lot of valid points about Zach and the bad decision not to bring in an OC with experience. I agree with that. I also know and agree that the whole front office is gone if Zach doesn't become a competent NFL Starting QB. The article talks about what a good guy Zach is, and how He is a hard worker etc. I don't dispute any of that. Here's the thing. I didn't see any evidence that Zach can sustain a level of productive performance over the grind of the NFL Season. You're going to get dinged up during the season, We all know that. Maintaining a positive performance level over the course of a Season despite the little nagging injuries we know nothing about(anyone who has played or coached the game will know what I mean) is what they great players do. Zach's performance on the field so far doesn't give me confidence in any way going forward.

I like the idea of bringing in Reich. If anyone can salvage Zach it would probably be Him, And salvage Zach they must or go down in flames. Would Reich want to come into a situation like that at this point? Would He want to take an OC position at all? Your guess is as good as mine but Im hoping they at least try. An experienced steady hand is what they are going to need if they are going to salvage this Kid. Look I don't want to see another GM and Coaching Staff brought in. I'm tired of that bullshit. Starting over every 2 or 3 years has worked out so well........YEAH RIGHT. So JD and Saleh, We want to see you guys stick because you've made some good decisions, done some good things. Don't screw this up by bringing in a WUNDERKIND OC. Where's Mike Martz when you need him? Hell at this point I would even take Mouse Davis. I guess next Season's motto is "Save Zach, Save Our Collective Asses". Too bad I kinda liked "We ruin every player We draft."

If it’s Reich, that’s who I want, is their guy, they’ll probably need to wait until all the HC vacancies get filled.
On a side note, I can’t remember an off-season upheaval of soo many offensive coordinator’s.
Jets always have to fight it out no matter what they do.

they are casting a wide net expect to hear a couple college offensive coordinator names come out soon as possibles.

Very valid.
It doesn't matter who the offensive coordinator is, or the game plan he implements, if Wilson can't even complete a dump-off pass.
