I hope we get him. As bad as I would rather have L. Jackson or A-Rod, they will cost to much in trade value and money. Plus you can’t trust A-Rod, AT ALL! So I’ll happily take Carr and hopefully he does us well for 5-7 years at the least.

Both in his QB play and leading the Raiders to team success, Carr has had a bunch of opportunities to "go to the next level". It just hasn't happened. And he's had a ton of weapons.

I like Carr and would approve a trade to the Jets. My only concern is that, maybe, Carr doesn't have that "next gear" ability.

He might have had weapons and his stats would show he has, but he has never had a defense ranked higher than 20th I believe. That has to be considered in his lack of success. He has also has some shitty coaches..Dennis Allen, Tony Sporano, Jack Del Rio, John Gruden, Rich Bassacia and now McDaniels. Thats a lot of trash coaches and drama.

If the Ravens let Jackson go? It will go down as one of the NFL's greatest blunders. No idea why they have not extended his contract. Assuming his knee is 100% again, Lamar is one of the most talented young QBs in the league.

Not sold on Carr. Hard to be getting on the bandwagon when excuses are already being made for His mediocre performance on another team.
The Ravens are not dumb. They let Jackson go with no tag something is up with Him.
Rodgers is a head case. Might be one too many trips to the Shaman for Him, if you know what I mean.
JimmyG a guy who has won but you better have a capable backup or you're rolling the dice.

I'm not excited about the choices and I'm hoping some team loses their minds between now and the draft. For some reason the Cowboys keep coming to mind. It has nothing to do with McCarthy being there just a feeling I have. We will see.

I predicted we would land Carr. Now I’m backtracking on that that one. I think we shoot our load for Rodgers, who will fuck us over in the end, and we end up with Jimmy G or Tannehill . Rodgers will choose the Raiders, Carr will go to the Titans or Saints. Our only real competition for Jimmy will be Washington…. And they are more fucked up organizational wise than we are. My take is we give Rodgers and the Pack till the end of Feb to get something together. If they dick around… moving on ….

I’d take Carr or Rodgers :ROFLMAO: Both are huge upgrades over our current QBs, and looking at the numbers Carr actually outplayed Rodger’s last season.

AR has more talent and a higher ceiling, Carr has a lower floor. Honestly, we don’t need all-world, we just need competent QB play
